I attended UW Green Bay a long time ago and I do not remember my student ID, password, or the years I attended. How do I order my transcript?
You can do this by clicking the Former Student button on the top of the page. You are required to provide your Social Security and Name when you attended the Univeristy. We will use this to locate your transcript.

I went to UW Marinette/Sheboygan/Manitowoc, where do I get those transcripts?
If you attended one of the the branch campus prior to the Fall 2019 semester, you will have to order your transcript from UW-Colleges. You can start by clicking the green UW-Colleges button on the main transcript page. If you attended at multiple campuses, you do not need to order transcripts from each location. All your records from each of the branch locations are all on one transcript. You only need to order one time.

If I am applying to UW Green Bay and I attended UW Marinette/Sheboygan/Manitowoc, do I need to order a transcript?
If you last attended one of the branch campuses prior to the Fall 2018 semester, you will have to order your transcript from UW Colleges. You can start by clicking the green UW-Colleges button on the main transcript page. You will have to select UW Green Bay as the recipient to have your UW-College transcript electronically sent to UW-Green Bay. If you attended one of the branch campuses during the Fall 2018/Spring 2019 semester you do not have to send a transcript from UW-Colleges to UW-Green Bay.

What is the difference between an unofficial and official transcript?
Official transcripts are authenticated and printed on security paper, or are authenticated on encrypted PDF files. Official transcripts contain a student's official record at UW-Green Bay. Unofficial transcripts are printed on regular paper and contain a student's enrollment record.

Can I get an Unofficial Transcript email to me?
No. Unofficial transcripts are not encrypted and cannot be electronically sent. This is due to security and student privacy. If you need your transcript to be emailed, you will have to order your Official Transcript which will be emailed to you in an encrypt protected PDF file. Appropriate fee rate apply. How long will it take my transcript to be delivered?
Electronic official transcripts are delivered to your recipient within the same day your order is verified and completed. Mail orders will be delivered via USPS first class mail which can range between 3-5 business days. If you choose to expedite your order with FedEx Overnight Shipping, the order will be delivered the following business day. Pick-Up transcript option are printed the same day and can be picked up on campus at GBOSS in Student Services SS1100. All delivery methods will begins after your order is completed. You will receive a separate email containing instructions if there are additional steps required to complete the ordering process. You can track your order status by clicking here.

Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you may order over the phone. If you prefer to order your transcript by phone, you can call Credential Solutions Customer Service at (847)716-3005, Mon-Thurs 7:00am to 7:00pm and on Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Please note that there will be an additional $15.00 operator fee per order when ordering by phone.

I have a form or an attachment that I would like to add to my transcript order, how do I do that?
Do not email, fax, or bring your attachments to the Registrar's Office. The student will need to indicate in their order if they have an attachment to be sent along with their transcript. Attachments will be electronically uploaded into the order at the end of the ordering process. If you have an attachment that UW-Green Bay needs to complete, please upload the attachment onto the order. The Registrar's Office will complete and attach them back to your order. AMCAS, PHARMCAS, and other application services identification attachments are auto-generated and attached to the transcript after student enters their CAS ID. Attaching the CAS ID page is not necessary.

Can someone else pick up my transcript if pick up method is selected?
Yes. You may authorized someone other than yourself to pick up your transcript. All transcripts being picked up require a valid ID for the Student Services office. When ordering, you can enter the name of the person you authorize to pick up your transcript. That person will need to show a photo ID and complete a transcript pick up form when they arrive at Student Services. We will only release your transcript to the person you authorize. There will be no exceptions. If you want to change the authorized person after you placed your order, you will need to email registrar@uwgb.edu. Once the transcript is released to the authorized pick up person, we will not reissued you another copy. You will need place a new transcript order and pay all applicable fees. After 31 days, any unpick transcripts will be mail to you. There will be no refunds.

Can I select multiple recipients with one order or do I need to place a new order each time?
You can have up to five different recipients in one order. The transcript fee applies for each copy you send.

Will the transcript show all of my courses? Graduate and Undergraduate?
Yes, your transcript will show your courses for all collegiate careers that you enrolled at UWGB.

Will my transfer credits be on the transcript?
The credits that UW-Green Bay accepted as transfer credits will be listed on your UW-Green Bay Transcript. This may not be all of the credits you have taken at other institutions. If you attended different institutions, you will want to contact their records office for your official transcripts.

Is there a way to just view my transcript without placing an order?
If you are a current student, you can view your unofficial transcript from SIS student center self-service drop down option. If you are a not a current student, there is not a way to view your transcript. You will have to place an order.

I ordered my transcript a while ago, why hasn't it been sent?
There are multiple reasons for the delay. You might of select to hold your transcript until grades or degree posted at the end of the semester. You might of not complete your transcript release authorization signature form. You might have a financial hold on your student account that. If you have any financial obligations withhold from UWGB, your transcript will not be release until you resolve this with the Bursar's Office. The credit card you entered on the order was invalid or cannot be charged. In this instance, you will have to contact Credential Solutions Customer Service. You might enter an invalid recipient email/mailing address that prevent the transcript from being delivered successufully. The postal service might of lost your transcript along their delivery process. You can track your order status by clicking here. I am having troubles ordering my transcript or have general questions about my transcripts, who do I contact?

Are my transcripts orders refundable?
All transcripts orders are final once they are completed and delivered. Transcript orders are not refundable or reissued. Please review your order summary carefully before you submit your order.

I need a copy of my transcript, what are my delivery options?
If you need your transcript on the same day, there are a few options. First one is you can order an electronic PDF official transcript. If the recipient you are sending to accept electronic transcript, they will receive the transcript as soon as your order is verified and complete. Secondly, you can select the Rush Pick Up order of the official transcript and come pick up the transcript from GBOSS at Student Services. Third, you can select the FED EX delivery and your transcript will be ship overnight with Fed Ex. Please note that Fed Ex cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Otherwise all official transcript and unofficial transcript will be send through USPS first class mail which will be delivered between 3-5 business days is standard. I need my current grades and/or degree to be on my transcript, how do I do that?
During your ordering process, there will be an option for you to indicate you would like to hold your transcript until either grades or degree has been posted. Once grades have been posted and conferral deadline has passed for the current term, the Registrar's Office will process your order. You do not have to call anyone to process the order. If you select to "Send Now," and complete your order, but wanted your current degree/grades transcribed you will have to place a new order. Please review your grades on SIS before requesting a transcript.
