Order Transcripts
Official transcripts are processed through Parchment. Students will need to provide their social security number or student ID number and have a valid e-mail address. Fees are dependent on shipping speed and delivery method, but the average cost is $15. All orders are final.
UW Colleges Transcripts
If you were a two-year campus Marinette, Manitowoc, or Sheboygan student prior to Fall 2019, you can order your transcript online through the former UW Colleges.
Official vs. Unofficial Transcripts
- Official transcripts are authenticated and printed on security paper or in encrypted PDF files. Electronic or paper copies can be ordered through Parchment.
- Unofficial transcripts are available without charge to currently active students through the Student Center in SIS. These are not considered authenticated by the University and may not meet external requirements for transfer of credit or proof of enrollment.
