Reserve a Space

The University Union’s meeting rooms, promotional spaces, multi-purpose event rooms, as well as outdoor areas, may be reserved for meetings, conferences, banquets, dances or other types of gatherings.

Reservation Request

This request covers all University Union and academic rooms as well as outdoor spaces like Phoenix Park, the Shorewood Center, booths, banner spaces and the Phoenix Rooms display case. Use the Series (Reoccurring) Reservation form if you are hosting an event that occurs throughout the semester or a few days in a row.

The University Union offers booth spaces throughout the building. Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for a full day at a time.

  • Bookstore Booths (3): Located on the main level of the University Union near the main dining hall, across from the Phoenix Store
  • UTIC Booths (2): Located on the main level of the University Union near the University Ticketing & Information Center, next to the MAC Hall Circle entrance
  • Cloud Lounge Booth: Located on the main level of the University Union, across from Phoenix Room B at the top of the main staircase
  • Coffeehouse Booth: Located on the main level of the University Union across from Einstein Bros. Bagels
  • Grill Booth: Located on the lower level of the University Union across from the Phoenix Club and GB Grill
  • Alumni Booth: Located on the lower level of the University Union outside the Manistique & Wequiock rooms
  • Phoenix Rooms Patio Booth: This is the only outdoor, non-permanent reservable booth space on campus that is set up by request only. Availability is weather-dependent.
