Rates
UW Green Bay students, faculty, departments, and organizations hosting events that do not charge an admission or registration fee are able to reserve rooms and spaces free of charge. For events that do charge a fee, a discounted “sponsored” rate may apply.
Off-campus groups are welcome to reserve spaces in the University Union and the adjacent Mary Ann Cofrin Hall for an hourly rate. For all events, requests for additional staffing and equipment charges may be assessed.

Academic Spaces
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay offers many viable rooms for every occasion. Two weeks after each semester starts, University Reservations will take requests for space use in academic buildings.
