Weddings
Celebrate this milestone day at UW Green Bay! Our campus provides a backdrop of beautiful scenery, ample parking, on-site catering, and event support.
How It Works
- Email our Reservations coordinator to inquire about your date. Please also include your anticipated guest list size; whether you’re interested in holding your ceremony, reception, or both on campus; and other information you can share!
- We will schedule an in-person walkthrough and tour of the spaces and talk about a basic game plan for the day.
- If applicable, contact our catering provider, University Dining & Catering, about menu options.
- We will plan for a rehearsal the day before the ceremony and/or a final walkthrough of the reception space as applicable.
- Our staff will be present to ensure your ceremony and/or reception is set up correctly for your big day.

Catering
All events hosted on the UW-Green Bay campus must utilize our exclusive contracted food service provider.
Wedding Locations
We offer three locations for ceremonies. In addition to the ceremony location, we will also schedule up to three additional spaces for you to use as changing areas, a place for the wedding party to hang out before the ceremony, etc.
Lenfesty Courtyard
The Lenfesty Courtyard is a beautiful outdoor space that emphasizes campus beauty and native Wisconsin foliage, along with a striking water fountain display. This location is available for ceremonies only and can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Winter Garden
The Winter Garden is directly inside the Lenfesty Courtyard and features floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the courtyard. This location is available for ceremonies only and can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Phoenix Rooms
The Phoenix Rooms feature the perfect indoor space for ceremonies over 100 people and/or receptions. The room includes plenty of space for cocktail and banquet tables, a buffet line (or plated meal if you prefer!), and a full audio/visual equipment setup.
