Weddings

Celebrate this milestone day at UW Green Bay! Our campus provides a backdrop of beautiful scenery, ample parking, on-site catering, and event support.

How It Works

  1. Email our Reservations coordinator to inquire about your date. Please also include your anticipated guest list size; whether you’re interested in holding your ceremony, reception, or both on campus; and other information you can share.
  2. We will schedule an in-person walkthrough and tour of the spaces and talk about a basic plan for the day.
  3. If applicable, contact our catering provider, University Dining & Catering, about menu options.
  4. We will plan for a rehearsal the day before the ceremony and/or a final walkthrough of the reception space as applicable.
  5. Our staff will be present to ensure your ceremony and/or reception is set up correctly for your big day.

Catering

All events hosted on the UW-Green Bay campus must utilize our exclusive contracted food service provider.

Wedding Locations

We offer three locations for ceremonies. In addition to the ceremony location, we will also schedule up to three additional spaces for you to use as changing areas, a place for the wedding party to gather before the ceremony, etc.

Lenfesty Courtyard

Lenfesty Courtyard

The Lenfesty Courtyard is a beautiful outdoor space that emphasizes campus beauty and native Wisconsin foliage, along with a striking water fountain display. This location is available for ceremonies only and can accommodate up to 100 guests.

MAC Hall Winter Garden

Winter Garden

The Winter Garden is directly inside the Lenfesty Courtyard and features floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the courtyard. This location is available for ceremonies only and can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Event in the Phoenix Rooms

Phoenix Rooms

The Phoenix Rooms feature the perfect indoor space for ceremonies over 100 people and/or receptions. The room includes plenty of space for cocktail and banquet tables, a buffet line (or plated meal if you prefer!), and a full audio/visual equipment setup.

Ceremony Only

Guest Capacity: 100 | Cost: $700

  • Two walkthrough meetings 
  • Rehearsal the day before the ceremony with event staff 
  • Chairs and tables set up the night before, up to 100 chairs and three clothed tables (by request).
  • Three classroom spaces for changing, staging, etc.
  • Microphones and speakers to amplify your ceremony (optional, additional $100). DJ services not included.
Reception Only

Guest Capacity: 250 | Cost: $1,200

  • Two walkthrough meetings 
  • In-person meeting with catering staff
  • Tables, chairs, etc set up the night before
  • Extra event staff to change over dinner to dance

Please note receptions must end by 10 p.m.

Ceremony & Reception

Cost: $1,800

  • All-inclusive experience with the services indicated above, with a 5% discount.
Note: All catering including drinks, snacks, appetizers, meals, alcohol, and desserts (with the exception of a wedding cake) must be purchased through the University’s contracted food service provider and are not included in these prices. No carry-ins are allowed.
