DISC Assessment Available in Marinette Region

DISC assessments are a type of personality profiling tool used to understand individual behavior and communication styles. The acronym DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, which are the four primary personality traits measured by the assessment. DISC assessments are powerful tools for enhancing team performance, communication and collaboration.

Spend an engaging morning assessing your team members to uncover their unique strengths and how they can best contribute to the success of your enterprise. Take part in a facilitated discussion to reflect and connect with each other on how to apply each team members’ strengths to workplace situations, building on the bonds created during the experience.

Official Certified DISC Practitioner
DISC provides a highly-detailed analysis of each individual’s Natural and Adapted behavioral styles. DISC reveals how a person will most likely behave within a given environment, situation, or relationship. It offers prescriptive lessons designed to highlight and maximize self-awareness, intentionality, and interpersonal communication, personally and professionally.
