How to Apply for Spring 2027
Follow the steps below to complete your application. Apply early to allow time for application processing and course registration.
Step1:Start Your Application
Start your application through GradCAS, UW-Green Bay’s new graduate application system. You’ll choose your intended start term, log in or create an account. Search for and search for the name of your certificate.
Step2Request Transcripts
Request official transcripts from all colleges or universities where you earned (or will earn) a bachelor’s degree or higher. If you wish to transfer coursework, you must submit these transcripts. Transfer hours are typically limited with certificates; check with your advisor.
- Transcripts must be submitted directly into GradCAS from the issuing institution.
- If you attended UW-Green Bay, you don't need to request UW-Green Bay transcripts.
Step3:Submit Certificate-Specific Requirements
In addition to the minimum application requirements for admission to certificate programs from the Office of Graduate Studies, you must also submit requirements for your specific certificate (if any). Following the instructions provided in GradCAS, submit all certificate-specific required materials directly in GradCAS.
Step4:Pay Your Fee by the Application Deadline
Then, you’ll complete your application by paying the application fee through GradCAS. The application fee is non‑refundable.
