Pickup & Delivery Services

Due to Covid-19, as of 03/24/2020 mail will not be delivered to departments. Please see below for mail pick up and drop off instructions:

Pick up INBOUND department mail:
Bring your Department mail bin to Central Receiving (LS 110) between 10:30AM-1:30PM
Central Receiving will exchange the bin you bring with a bin containing today’s mail delivery
If you are expecting a parcel, call Central Receiving at x2215

Drop off OUTBOUND department mail:
Drop off in Central receiving (LS 110) before 1PM
 






Incoming mail is picked up from the main Post Office at 8:30 a.m, daily. It is sorted and delivered to departments at 10:00 a.m. (depending on volume of mail) and any outgoing mail is picked up and returned to the Mail Center for processing. Mail is processed until 2:30 p.m. Mailhaus picks up outgoing mail at 2:30 p.m. Mail brought to the Mail Center after 2:15 p.m. will be sent out the following day.

The U.S. Postal Service is undergoing major changes with emphasis on processing all mail by machine in an effort to hold down costs. As a result, regulations are constantly changing. Please check with the Mail Center (x2215) if you have any question concerning mail. You will save time and money if you do it right the first time. Remember, too, that non-profit organizations have more stringent requirements than for-profit firms.
