Verify an Authorized Driver

To view and verify an Authorized Driver, search the Enterprise Fleet Management System (EFMS) database.

Access Enterprise Fleet Management System

• Select the "UW" employee type and the "UW Green Bay" campus
• Login with your UWGB login
• Select Reports in the top menu, then select Driver Summary
• Enter a Name or UDDS, then select View Report
• Authorized Drivers will have:
  • Active = Yes
  • Status = Approved
