Each day we're on this planet is an event to enjoy.

You don't have to wait for Earth Day to harvest the latest sustainability news and events. Like us on Facebook or view our latest efforts by following us on Instagram. Our events are as varied as a field of wildflowers—so browse our garden of gatherings designed to educate, entertain and enact change. Earth Month

Earth Day is observed annually on April 22 to raise awareness for sustainability and demonstrate support for environmental protection. At Eco U, we celebrate all month long! Join us with these events to celebrate the Earth.

Tue. 4/4 You can make an impact on your communities! Get out and vote this Earth Month to show your support for causes close to both your home and heart.

Native Garden Maintenance

Thu. 4/13, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., MAC Hall, Lenfestey Courtyard
Get gardening! You can help trim native plants and remove invasives to support our courtyard garden. Supplies will be provided. Sign Up!

Electronics Recycling
Drop-off

Fri. 4/28, 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m., Weidner Parking Lot
All are welcome to recycle personal electronics for free!
Drive through (or walk up) and drop off. Check out our accepted items.

Campus Cleanup

Sat. 4/29, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Community Center
Keep our campus beautiful by helping clean up litter. Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Join for snacks and refreshments afterward!

Compost Giveaway

Sat. 4/29, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Wood Hall Parking Lot
Free compost to anyone in the community who is interested.
Bring your own buckets, bins, or truck beds, and we'll help you shovel!

Hear students share their Cofrin Student Research Grant projects that took place in the UW-Green Bay Natural Areas! Light snacks and drinks provided. Open to the public.

Fight for the Fox River Cleanup

Mon. 4/24, 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m., Cofrin Library 4th Floor (or register for Zoom access)
Join our three advocate-authors, P. David Allen II., Susan Campbell, and Gregory Neuschafer for a short presentation and meet & greet all about the fight to clean up the PCBs from the Lower Fox River.

Green Bay Conservation Roundtable
