In six valuable sessions, we will tackle the evolving landscape of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in today's workplace and communities. Classes start Mondays with a live session biweekly on Fridays.
People, Culture & Equity Defined
Explore key DEI terminology and gain a deeper understanding of unconscious bias. Learn how these factors impact the employee life cycle, your organization's culture, and overall success. Discover real-world examples of DEI successes, opportunities, and obstacles faced by organizations today related to people, culture and equity work.

Beyond Labels: Understanding Diversity's Impact
Dive into the ways diversity shapes who we are – from race and gender to personality and socioeconomic background. Charm is a DEI strategist and social impact advocate with over a decade of experience. Charm is energized by community activism, helping others to bridge the gap between awareness and DEI action, and building organizational and community cultures where diversity, equity, inclusion and justice flourish. She holds a master's degree in Education and obtained her Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. She serves on the advisory board of the Schreiber Institute for Women's Leadership.
