Welcome

Welcome to Graduate Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay! We are excited to provide powerful and impactful graduate opportunities, and our office is here to help you grow and succeed.

Graduate school is a unique, intellectually invigorating time for learners choosing to not only further educate themselves, but also differentiate from their peers.  While pursuing a graduate education, you will be surrounded by fellow high achieving, self-motivated, and creative thinkers.  You will engage with graduate faculty who are active professionals in their fields and eager to engage you in hands-on and meaningful research endeavors.  Together, these groups foster an environment where learners transition from receivers of knowledge to creators of knowledge; evolving from interested participants to true partners in the learning process.  The graduate experience more broadly creates valuable problem-solvers, and in doing so, contributes to the next wave of strong community and organizational leaders.

UW-Green Bay’s mission identifies the collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to problem solving as a core attribute of the learners we educate.  Graduate studies at UW-Green Bay fully embraces this core learning outcome through our focus on meaningful research, applied projects, and collaborative partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.  We place immense value on the diverse experiences, backgrounds, and goals of learners, so we offer a wide array of on-line, face-to-face, and hybrid programs and courses, and award certificates, masters, and doctoral degrees that prepare you for a dynamic future.  We continue to actively expand our graduate offerings to not only serve the needs of a modern workforce, but also build from our diverse strengths and specialties and ultimately advance the economic, natural resource, and cultural assets of communities extending from Northeastern Wisconsin to the broader global community.

Thank you for your interest in the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.  We encourage you to contact us directly with any questions about our offerings and programs, and to start your journey with us today!
Sincerely,
Pieter A.P. deHart, Ph.D.
