Clery Act

The Clery Act is a consumer protection law that aims to provide transparency around campus crime, policy and statistics. The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to report campus crime data, support victims of violence, and publicly outline the policies and procedures put into place to improve campus safety. Like Title IX, the Clery Act requires campuses to report crime data.

For additional information see the Clery Act.

To comply with the Clery Act, our University Police make reports and conduct investigations in these matters. The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report, as well as monthly data reports may be found on the University Police Crime Report Data.
