Values

Service

Service is one of the core values of NRHH. Our organization believes that it is necessary and important to contribute to the campus and community through service. NRHH's membership is comprised of the top 1% of student leaders on campus. As leaders, we believe it is important to incorporate this value into activities, programs, and volunteer opportunities. We also believe that it is important to encourage and involve others to participate in service opportunities, both organized and incidental. This commitment to service benefits our community, our organization, and the personal growth of our members.

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
- Mahatma Gandhi

Recognition

Recognition is the backbone of NRHH, and we use it to acknowledge the accomplishments of our students, faculty, staff’s and programs. Abraham Lincoln once said “Don’t worry when you are not recognized, but strive to be worthy of recognition.” As an organization, NRHH is committed to recognizing those who have worked hard, dedicated themselves, or have exceeded expectations in service of others. Through the process of "Of the Months" and "Of the Years", NRHH is able to recognize the accomplishments of those in our campus community.
