Upload Documents

LiquidFiles is a secure way to submit documentation to the Financial Aid Office electronically.  Please review the following information before uploading files:
  • Ensure all forms are complete and contain handwritten signatures, if requested.  Typing a name as an "electronic signature" does not satisfy requirements.
  • Name files with the student's last name, UWGB Campus ID, and a brief document description (e.g., Phoenix_0000000_StudentW2, Phoenix_0000000_ParentTax) to aid in processing.
  • The student should monitor their UWGB email in case we need any additional documentation or clarification.
  • If any submission is satisfying a verification request, the student can expect that item to clear from their Student Information System (SIS) "To Do List" within one week.
