If you need food or bar service, simple refreshments, or linens contact our provider for on-campus events, Chartwells Catering.

Decorations and Stage

Always strive for an upscale collegiate apperance and a consistent UW-Green Bay look and feel to your event. Use green and white whenever possible.

  • Use white tableclothes with green & white centerpieces.
  • Add greenery around the room - artificial plants are acceptable as long as they are high quality and appear real.
  • Display UW-Green Bay banners on the stage, by the registration table, or placed throughout the room.
  • Podiums should never be bare. They should always show a specialty plaque or banner pertaining to your event and/or UW-Green Bay. University Advancement has podium banners available. Reserve by calling (920) 465-2074.


You should work with Marketing and University Communication to order printed invitations, programs, etc. or schedule photography for your event.

Name Badges

Please provide name badges to all guests who attend your event other than faculty and staff wearing their issued UW-Green Bay name tags. Acceptable types include magnetic or clip style badges. Include first and last name for all attendees and list graduation year following the last name of alumni, example: Jane Doe ’01. Name badges for students may also include their hometown or their major. Please use the following formatting.

Parking and Public Safety
