Maintenance Requests

Housing and Residential Education is pleased to provide you with a well-maintained room or apartment. If you encounter items in need of repair or replacement in your room or apartment, report these issues by submitting an online maintenance request.

Emergency Maintenance

For emergency maintenance situations, contact your Resident Mentor or the Community Center, 920-465-2040 to report the situation.   

Network/WiFi Issues

If you are experiencing network or WiFi connectivity issues, please email with the following information:
  1. Room # and Name of the hall where the issue is occurring
  2. Wired or Wireless issue
  3. If wireless, Eduroam or IoT
  4. If wired, what is the jack # on the wall jack or is the wired ethernet line plugged directly into an AP on the wall?
  5. What type of device(s) is/are experiencing the issue?
  6. Is it isolated to just the person reporting the issue or is it effecting the floor or the whole building?
  7. How long has the issue been occurring?  What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
