UW-Green Bay hosts many summer camps, conferences, meetings, and other programs and provides meeting and housing facilities for individuals, conference guests, and academic programs.

UW-Green Bay is conveniently located minutes from downtown Green Bay and the campus offers an arboretum; Communiversity Park, located on the shoreline of Green Bay; convenient parking; the Kress Event and Recreation Center; and the University's Weidner Center, a 2,000 seat concert hall which brings nationally known performers to campus. A short drive to Door County, prime resort and outdoor recreation areas surround the area's growing metropolitan population of over 200,000.
