Institutional Charges Appeal Form

You may appeal institutional charges using the form below. It is assumed that you are aware of the tuition fee schedules, late payment penalties, refund schedules, and deadlines. If there are questions about the accuracy of any terms or if you are seeking payment arrangements see the Student Billing Office, Room SS1300, before completing this form.

The Enrollment Review Committee will verify whether you began attendance or participated in all courses for the term you are requesting to withdraw from. If you did not start a course or stopped attending, your financial aid could be recalculated. This may result in a balance due for the term, which cannot be appealed. If you have any questions regarding your financial aid prior to submitting this petition, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 920-465-2075 or financialaid@uwgb.edu.
