Nancy (Heling) Anderson, 65, of Green Bay, passed away Monday morning, April 18, 2016 at Aurora Baycare Hospital, with her husband by her side. She was born May 20, 1950, daughter and 4th child of the late Maynard Heling and Alice Daelke, farmers in Shawano County.

At age 4, Nancy learned to put the clutch in and move the tractor forward across the field as her parents picked stones. She often tagged along after her siblings.

Nancy was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Green Bay.

On June 7, 1969 she was united in marriage to Steve Anderson.

Nancy worked several jobs in her life, with her favorites being a substitute CESA teacher and as an ordained wedding minister. She retired in May of 2012 after 22 years from the UW systems libraries.

She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed taking road trips to many different destinations.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Steve; two sons: Scott (Katie) Anderson, Washington, D.C.; Todd (Fionnuala) Anderson, Winchester, England; grandchildren: James, Benjamin, Matthew, and Henry, all of Winchester, England; siblings: William (Beverly) Heling, Landstad; Mary Ann Ciesielczyk, Suring and Carl Heling, Briarton. She is further survived by Steve's family, nieces, and nephews.

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 9 am until services at 11 am with Pastor Lori Swenson officiating. Burial will take place in Elm Lawn Cemetery.
