Declare/Drop/Swap Branch Campuses Programs Form

Students must fill out the appropriate form in order to officially declare, drop, or swap a program from their academic plan. Declaration will require approval from the student's campus location advisor and an advisor from the major. To get started, click on the program you want to declare. Some programs (designated below with an '*') require additional steps. Please review the department's webpage for further information on these steps. If you do not meet the pre-declaration or academic requirements of these designated programs your e-form will likely be denied. Additionally, not all majors are offered at all locations.

Once a declaration, drop, or swap form has been approved or denied the student will receive an email notification. If approved, GBOSS will update SIS. Students will then see the new academic requirements and faculty advisor in their SIS account.
